After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. I’ve been seeing Sima for a while now, and she’s truly the best. My lashes always turn out soft, full, and natural—exactly how I like them—and she’s meticulous about getting every detail right. I get my lashes tinted as well as a lash lift and also my brows tinted. It took me a while to find a good place to get this done because I have very fine lashes and color just doesn’t adhere. I really have been so happy with my experience here.

I have naturally short and straight lashes, which present challenges to curling. Nonetheless, Lara was able to curl them very beautifully with a lash lift. She defied my expectations and I am very happy with how well the lift worked.

Lara did an amazing job with my mascara lash extensions!! She listened to my concerns with my eye shape and the kind of look I wanted- and executed beautifully!! I have downturned eyes and she totally made them look like doll eyes. Seriously so obsessed with the outcome.

Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. Karina is so kind, flexible with scheduling, and easy to reach out to. I DM her on Instagram and the appointment is booked within minutes. Her new salon is beautiful with a great location, as well. Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did. The environment of the salon was so inviting, beautiful, and the stylist really made the experience. I was able to get an appointment and the service was amazing. Will definitely keep them in mind and even visit next time I’m in Chicago because we’re besties now.
