I love my visits to Vanity on Blackbird Road Leicester. The staff are always friendly, professional and offer a high quality service to their customers. The salon is immaculately clean and Covid safe.

Had a lash lift and tint with Sade I’ve had them before not at this salon she talked me through it which I thought was great and even offered to tint my lower lashes which I’ve never been offered before this is the best lift and tint I’ve had and I will be coming back thankyou

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

First time visiting for treatments I booked lash lift & tint, henna brows, gel manicure & footlogix luxury pedicure. I’m IN LOVE with my lashes first time having lash lift and they look so much better then I imagined! My brows are on point! First time having a luxury pedicure and it didn’t disappoint! Nails look beautiful and fresh! Thank you so much to Sylvia I feel great!! The staff are very professional and make sure everything is clean. I’ll be rebooking in for more treatments very soon!

Greta is very precise at creating beautiful lashes and knows what she’s doing. Probably one of the best eye lash and semi permanent brows make up artist in Leicester she’s not the cheapest but really makes you feel and look special Would I recommend Greta to friends and family…. Already have

This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester

I’ve had my eyelash extensions done by Greta many times now and I’m always happy with the results. She’s super professional, lovely, gentle, and makes the appointment feel very relaxed. She really takes her time and the lashes always look great and feel comfortable. I keep coming back and would definitely recommend her 😊

I had my eyelashes done before my hen night and again before my wedding. I had so my compliments after the first session on how good they looked. My wedding lashes were amazing and they lasted all through my honeymoon as well. I'd highly recommend getting your lashes with Emma she's fantastic!

Monique is simply the best stylist in Leicester. Excellent cut, understands how to suit the cut to the customer .

Sade is really talented at lashes and brows- love the look of my lash lift and my brow tint. My brows look so much fuller! However, I have to say my appointment was 3pm, I was there at 2.55pm, but Sade was still busy with her nail client and I was left waiting for 30 minutes. Not Sade's fault if another client was booked in near my appointment, there was no way she could've finished the client on time. I kept being told she wouldn't be too long but it was 30 minutes. I would've appreciated being offered a drink whilst I waited or a small discount as my treatment was £49.

Best experience i had in Leicester. Got my waxing done from minal. Will surely visit again soon.

I’ve been going to my lash specialist for over 8 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She is incredibly patient and careful, and the results are always flawless. My lashes look perfect every single time, and I constantly get compliments—so much so that I’m always being asked to share her details. Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶
