Gracie is always kind and professional, always happy to answer my questions and change the style of lashes when I want something different. I can’t believe the lash retention after a two week holiday I still have all my lashes !!!

I had a set of Russians for Christmas and they are perfect! 😍 Beauty room is immaculate with and en-suite attached. Certifications on display. Professional and welcoming. All patch tests and forms completed prior to treatment. Chiara whilst professional is so kind and caring, she talked me through what she was doing and really put my mind at ease. I have sensitive eyes and she took care and paid attention to detail. As a glasses wearer I wasn't sure Russians would work for me, Chiara made sure my lashes sat perfectly under my glasses and followed up to ensure all was OK. Amazing service! Xx

I was very late for my appointment today after getting stuck in traffic and Charlitte was very accommodating as I had a wedding to go to that weekend so wouldn't have time to book anything else. Charlotte did the lash lift package in record time to finish for her next appointment and still did an amazing job! 3rd time visiting for this package & the ladies are amazing. I will always book with them!

I LOVE my lashes! The whole experience was so beautiful and comfy, Chiaras set up is amazing and so is her knowledge and skills, she gave me the most perfect eyelashes for my eyes and explained what she did and why, she’s especially good with me people me who are new to the beauty world. Chiara is so lovely and sweet and made sure I was super comfortable!
