Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

As someone with anxiety issues , I could not have been made to feel more comfortable by Sammy and her staff . I really appreciate all the work she has done helping me to feel better about myself and my face , using fillers and botox . She explained to me what she was doing and why ...and also which of the packages I could buy to get the best value for money. She also informed me of what the best procedures would be going forward ,for healthier looking skin . Thank you so much ! X

I am in love with my new permanent eyeliner! Was a little nervous but I've been going to Sammy for Facials, massage and Botox for years so I knew I'd be in good hands. She was gentle, talked me through the process, told me what to expect and let me know what to do if I wanted a break. I was absolutely fine, it was all done in an hour. She showed me the results and truly it was even better than I expected. She has a steady hand and a true perfectionist! So happy I don't need to do eyeliner now, it used to smudge, I'd be wobbly applying it especially as I've got older. Now I don't have to do it!

I've been having Botox for about 6 years, every 8mths. This was my 1st time with Sammy and it's the best I've had! The least pain, the most efficient and due to her being really confident yet gentle, I can't believe I was still chatting away when she put the needle in! I usually hold my breath and dislike that part! I was laughing with her as I left about my pain free Botox and it made me smile, to think needles in the face made me laugh! Sammy has built a lovely business due to her personality and skills combined. Always a pleasure. Thanks again

Yesterday Sammy did my Botox and fillers. Today it's already starting to look fab!!!. Tbh I have been to many different Aesthetics Clinics in the North West of England including several top-rated/award-winning ones and I can honestly say that Sammy's Cosmetic Aesthetics has certainly impressed me the best! Sammy's attention to detail and her general work standard, stands out to me as the best aesthetics I have ever had done. In a fortnight I'm going for my two week top-up, following that I will update my review. Many, many thanks again Sammy, see you soon.
