I had some fallout and honestly was about to just give up because the maintenance in general is too much but Mary did a quick fix for me and I was convinced to give it another go and we also tried a bit of a different look! I had a fantastic experience with Ray. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Booking was easy & straightforward, with clear instructions provided. I appreciated the follow-up reminders, which made it easy to stay organized. During my appointment, Ray was punctual & attentive. What stood out to me was that she took the time to clean my lashes thoroughly before applying the extensions, something I’ve rarely seen elsewhere. It’s clear she cares about both the aesthetics and the health of your lashes. My first visit and I’m already planning on returning. Highly recommend!
