Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. The best nail salon in Ottawa. Literally, every single technician working there knows what there are doing and are extremely skilled and professional. I’ve been getting back to back acrylic sets from them, and they have never dissapointer. Much love to the whole team :)

I had an appointment with Lynn and I liked that she took her time with me and was compassionate. I will be going back again to be pampered. I did have a lash curl and I guess I had high expectations and my lashes were not enough to get a decent curl. Lynn did say it looked a bit different and mascara will show the curl. I went in with the thought that it would show a but more and would not require mascara. I'm sure she did her best and perhaps I'll have a different method next time. Otherwise she has done a wonderful job and took her time with me.

Ana is wonderful. She takes so much care and time to do my eyelash extensions. She is a perfectionist. I feel very comfortable there and always leave with a perfect set of eyelashes, knowing that Ana will fix anything if i do have a problem.

My experience at Suite Thirteen Hair Design continues to be positive. The salon is clean and well organized, the location is central and there is good parking. My daughter and I are clients of Ying Tan. Ying is an expert in colouring and cutting. My daughter lives in Rome, Italy. Before coming to Ottawa she makes an appointment with Ying for a colour and cut. I live in Ottawa and see Ying every six weeks. Ying is a careful listener to our needs and my daughter and I have always been really happy with the results. We both highly recommend her.

The space was spotless, serene, and felt like a Zen-inspired retreat, with thoughtfully curated interior design touches that added to the calming atmosphere. Nika spent a full, focused hour on my pedicure, giving incredible attention to every detail. She followed it with a soothing facial that left my skin glowing all day. She was professional, kind and very customer focused and explained all the stages and products used on my skin. I 100% recommend this place and will definitely be going back!

Ying did an incredible job correcting my hair from fresh box dye back to a beautiful light brown with a full head of highlights—all in one day and with minimal damage. She was so kind, patient, and never once made me feel bad about the situation. She truly made the most of my time, went above and beyond, and even recommended great products to help maintain the results. I left feeling so much more confident. Highly recommend her!

I recently went to Cupids Massage Ottawa for a lash lift! I had a wonderful experience! Anastasia was super sweet and gentle during my treatment. I love the result, I will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience! Maha was so friendly and knowledgeable. She is definitely very experienced with blonde hair! I was so happy with the results!

I enjoyed my massage, when the pressure was too intense she was easy to communicate with and instantly changed to suit me. It was completely relaxing. I was very clear in addressing my lash extensions but in the end got really big full lashes which is what I had asked to avoid. I am a mature woman and only wanted a bit of fill ins.
