I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

I’ve had several visits to Kilai Skin Glow, Laser and Brow and had visited last Saturday for my lip blushing before going for vacation. Rama did my gel extensions, manicure and pedicure. She listened to all my needs and exceeded my expectations. She is well organized with a clean space and she is kind and gentle. Atah did my full face threading and did a superb job. The salon is super clean and a welcoming place. I will definitely be back.
