Her personality is like visiting your favorite Auntie, her knowledge and professionalism of the esthetics industry is top tier, and her face massage is out of this world. I got a mani&pedi&facial. My nails are perfectly polished and smudge free, and my face is radiant. The best esthetics experience I've had in Campbell River in the 6 years I've been here. As always I left feeling like myself. What I appreciate about Diana is her attention to detail. She knows how I like my brows to look and she always takes that extra look to make sure they are perfect. ❤️ And as a busy person, I also like that she is able to be so precise - without taking an unreasonable amount of time. IMHO eyebrows are not a 1.5hr job. 🤣 I like the 30 min appointments just fine. I can easily fit maintenance into my schedule!

I look forward to every appointment with Diana! We always choose a different fun colour for my nails. She is also the best (and fastest) with eyebrows, they never look better!
