I’ve been going to see Tina for massages and facials for years, she has the most wonderful calm healing energy and holds such a lovely safe space for all of her clients. She makes all of her own holistic products and guides you through a full body relaxation before getting to work on all your aches and pains. She’s incredible at what she does and I’m so fortunate she’s based in Glasgow!

Sore but g8 ! No pain without gain . Tension in back .the body brush too was first time and left me feeling warm and ready for the massage . Ended with Michele putting warm towel behind my neck rolled up and glass water

I got massaged by Tina for the first time and had the best experience with her! I booked in for the half body massage and she talked me through her process making sure to ask me what areas to focus on/avoid as well as a thorough explanation of the oils and scents she would be using during the massage. She was very welcoming and friendly from beginning of service to the end and I left the most relaxed I’ve been in a long time. Thanks Tina, I’ll be back soon!

I had a really lovely reflexology session with Michelle. It was incredibly relaxing and soothing. The treatment bed was warm and she put supports under me and a weighted eye mask to make it even more comfortable. It was also very interesting to hear what she learned from working with my feet. Highly recommend!

I visited Tina for a 2 hour retreat that I received as Christmas gift and I honestly couldn't have loved the experience more. It's not just self care, it's being cared for and showered with so much loving & healing energy, you leave feeling that any heaviness has been lifted in that moment. From the welcome hug you will switch off and enjoy every minute of tranquility in the healing hands of Tina. The 1.5 hours is never enough but for that 1.5 hours it is just the rest and recovery you need to unwind, relax and switch off from the outside world!
