Wat is het verschil tussen dry needling en acupunctuur?

Wat is dry needling?

Dry needling is een therapeutische techniek die wordt gebruikt door fysiotherapeuten en andere gekwalificeerde beoefenaars, waarbij fijne naalden worden ingebracht in triggerpoints (strakke spierknopen) om spanning los te laten, pijn te verminderen en de normale spierfunctie te herstellen.
