I had a great experience today and I’m extremely happy with the treatment I received. She immediately made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything very clearly throughout the session. I had a lot of tension in my back, shoulders, and neck, and after just one appointment I already felt a real difference. We worked on several painful tension points, and although I know this is a process that will require more sessions, today’s treatment already helped me a lot. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

Excellent! Katie was very attentive and made sure that everything from the oils and diffuser scents used, to the pressure throughout the massage was what I preferred. Really enjoyed all the different massage tools used as well, left feeling extremely relaxed - thank you again!!

So good I'm struggling to find the words. I've had a​ beautiful mix of Massage and Myofascia Release​ treatment today, which is the best massage treatment I've ever had. She listened to me and created something unique to me and my needs in that moment. I feel the most rested I have in a long time. I would highly recommend her to anyone who experiences headaches and/or chronic pain. I'm trying to go back before I leave Liverpool, just wish she wasn't so far away from home for me!

I’ve been to Katie several times now for sports massages and nervous system work, and she’s always excellent. Her knowledge, care, and attention to detail really stand out, and I always leave feeling relaxed, listened to, and in less pain. The space she works in is so calming and thoughtfully put together, and she uses a great variety of techniques, always bringing in new approaches. You can really tell how passionate she is about what she does. Highly recommend.

Really relaxing massage and highly effective at improving mobility/pain.

I booked in with Katie for a session to help with leg pain that I’d been dealing with as a result of training for a marathon. Right from the start of the appointment the communication was excellent, with Katie taking time to properly understand my issues and then explain the most appropriate approach for the session. This continued throughout where she regularly checked and adjusted the pressure and techniques used, which helped to resolve the tightness I was feeling and also helped me with feeling much more mobile by the end of the session. Overall, I would highly recommend - thanks!
