I had my first physiotherapy session with Ellie on Monday, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Ellie was incredibly professional, ensuring that every aspect of my treatment was tailored to my needs. I received dry needling and a massage, both of which were expertly done with great precision and care. The session not only helped relieve tension but also left me feeling refreshed. Another fantastic massage from Ellie! After a long hard working week my body was out of alignment and my ongoing pain with bulging discs was getting worse. Lovely welcome and warm and cosy room. Great massage techniques and working into my problem areas. Left feeling great, all my muscle tension and tightness was gone and felt more relaxed overall. Looking forward to my next one and trying the Thai massage treatments.

I had a sports massage with Ella and she was really welcoming and friendly. She explained everything really well throughout and explained why I was getting the injuries/all the joint problems. I felt like the massage really helped my muscle injuries and will definitely be going back! Highly recommend going to here :)
