All the therapists I've seen at Natural Balance have been excellent but Marion really is exceptional. She must have the strongest hands in Brighton and Hove, I always feel incredible afterwards.

Thank you to Tracey for a fantastic treatment yesterday. I loved her combination of hands on massage and use of a massage gun to ease up some very tight muscles in my legs. It worked a treat and I absolutely floated out having come in with so much stiffness and muscle pain. Thank you again!

The difference after my deep tissue massage is amazing. My neck is moving pain free at last. I also had my arms and hands massaged .. two areas that were incredibly tense and neglected. Highly recommended - Marion is highly skilled and intuitive :-)

Lorena is kind patient and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to discuss treatment with me, her skill is able to ‘read’ my body and what I need. I have a disability and am always in pain but after a treatment with Lorena my body always feels soothed.

I grind my teeth and was in a lot of pain. Jenny was absolutely amazing. Jenny massaged my neck, shoulders and back. I felt so much better afterwards and my pan was reduced significantly. Highly recommend

Oh my what an incredible massage. In the past they were either painful or so soft it could put you to sleep. I came in today in a lot of pain. I left with it manageable. She even showed me some stretches to get through my transatlantic flight. I will be going back regularly.

I found the whole experience very relaxing and very noticable afterwards how loose and light my neck and shoulders felt, I had 90 minutes and I think she must of stretched every muscle in my top half, absolutely wonderful it was, I've booked again for next week 90 minutes again,I'm 60 now and for the first time I'm giving my body what it needs and it's absolutely loveing it, you don't know you needed it until You've had it done and the after affects just keep getting better if you look after your posture, the days after you feel good and some hurt a little bit it's just your body adjusting

Mark made sure I was relaxed and comfortable,explained exactly what he was doing at each stage of the massage and checked on my wellbeing constantly. I felt reassured by his approach and definitely much better after my sports massage. My mobility is easier and the pain I was in has disappeared. I can't recommend Natural Balance highly enough. Had a great time with Ben! He's knowledgeable, knows his stuff very well, and is generous with his sharing and tips. I felt 95% better already, with minimal to zero pain after just one session. Absolutely outstanding. Far exceeded expectations. I was in town for a conference and decided I needed a massage. I just found Natural Balance Therapies online and was assigned a therapist according to availability. I've gotten massage therapy from quite a lot of people over the years, and perhaps this was the best one yet. Very impressed with her ability to read the body, find just the right spot, and apply just the right amount of pressure. I felt looser and springier after the session. She's also the only massage therapist who didn't trigger a tickle response ever.
