Is dry needling de moeite waard?

Het bewijs is niet overtuigend, maar dry needling wordt verondersteld effectief te zijn in het verminderen van milde tot matige spierpijn.

Wat is het verschil tussen dry needling en acupunctuur?

Acupunctuur is een oud Chinees medicijn dat al eeuwen bestaat, in tegenstelling tot dry needling dat pas de laatste jaren beschikbaar is.
