First time at this Salon and first time letting someone take care of my locs. I started them myself about 16months ago and I’ve been very skeptical to go to a salon. LuvNatural was amazing, Latifah took great care of me and made me feel seen and heard. She was really kind, professional and quick. Loved her advice and feedback when I asked for it. I had a simple wash, retwist and two strand twist. Started 10mins from arrival and was out the door at the time they had advised the session would last which was great! Really happy with the results and I will be back :)

Sydney did a new phenomenal job on my locs. I had initially booked a steam treatment but she recommended a detox as I had alot of buildup. Definitely was a good idea. The retwist was pretty quick and my hair looks great. Will definitely be coming here regularly!

Beautiful space and very welcoming staff. I had a wash and retwist appointment, I felt very pampered. My loctician was kind, attentive and considerate of my sensitive scalp. When she washed my hair I felt like a vip client as she took great care washing my locs! She also gave me advice and tips for looking after my locs and keeping them healthy.

I had a great experience at London Locs! I got my starter locs there and the atmosphere was very chill and I didn't feel awkward asking any questions on how to care of my new baby locs at all. Excited for my first retwist, definitely recommend!

I always have the best customer service. The team are amazing friendly and like a family. The quality of their skills to retwist and style and look after my hair is always at a very high standard. Very welcoming, very friendly and professional. She took care when applying the dye, washing my hair and retwist. She was also quite fast so I was not there over my time. I love my finished style. So my experience was five star. So far I have no complaints with the stylist, all of them are very good.

I’ve been coming to London Locs for almost 3 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! My loctician Tayma is amazing. She’s super friendly, talented, and really knows her stuff. I usually go for two-strand twists or single barrel twists, and every time I leave, I get compliments on my hair. The prices are affordable, the vibe is always welcoming, and the service is top-notch. Also, big shoutout to the lovely manager Tasha. She helps keep everything running smoothly and always makes you feel at home. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality loc care in London!

I really appreciated Tesia’s kindness and sensitivity regarding my hair. I believe I thoroughly explained my situation prior to coming in to the salon as my hair was quite old due to personal circumstances and I struggled to remove the locs myself. I’m grateful the team were able to remove my locs however they were not able to complete the detangling in the allotted time which is understandable I wish the team were more forthcoming with the intended price I was expected to pay for the service as this was not appropriately communicated to me when I booked my service Thank you
