This was my first visit to London Locs and I will definitely be back. Customer service was really good, I was made to comfortable at all times and all the staff and customers were really friendly 😀 My hair was retwisted, styled and coloured. I absolutely loved it. Very happy with the service.

Beautiful space and very welcoming staff. I had a wash and retwist appointment, I felt very pampered. My loctician was kind, attentive and considerate of my sensitive scalp. When she washed my hair I felt like a vip client as she took great care washing my locs! She also gave me advice and tips for looking after my locs and keeping them healthy.

I enjoyed my experience here so much. I found this place when I first visited London in June taking the bus, and I’m so glad I remembered the shop name to come back. Josephine was friendly, thorough, and fast. I’ve never had my hair done so quickly and efficiently! The shop is clean and I will be making this my new home to get my locs maintenanced.

I went in for a detox because I have unfortunate product buildup from shampoo on a number of locs. Omega was awesome, she really worked the gunk out and gave me good tips on how to avoid future issues. Glad I made the trip to them.

This salon is outstanding!! They are quick and efficient. I particularly enjoyed the thorough and relaxing wash. For interlocking, Sydney was personable and pleasant as she did my hair. The whole team is welcoming and (most importantly) my locs look amazing.

I’ve been to London Locs twice now. My experience has been amazing. A friend suggest London Locs to me a year ago. I shouldn’t have waited a year. The staff a friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. I had lots of questions and they were all patiently addressed. I had Tashna for my 2 sessions. She is amazing! It was my first time visiting London Locs. I had a baby shower the following day and was apprehensive about the turn-out, being a new client. Suffice to say, it was amazing. I saw Tayma. She was lovely and very skilled. I was extremely happy with how fresh and brand new I was looking when I left and proud to say the hold is still going strong almost a week later. Top tier service. Best part of our trip to London by far. Came in there wanting a spider on my head and she delivered. 17/10 experience. Did I mention she’s done Ms Lauryn Hills hair??? Do yourself a favor and come to Hackney for this experience it’s well worth your time and money. Man has never looked fresher
