Great customer service!

Bev was so lovely, she listened to my concerns and gave some great advice. I fell asleep during my headspa, felt like I was floating on a cloud. It was the perfect me-time relaxation that I needed and my hair was beautiful, soft and shiny at the end. Totally recommend seeing Bev at Headspa SW19.

Chaniqwa is the best! Every time she does my braids they look incredible and last a really long time. She makes sure to listen to what I’m wanting out of the style which I love. Couldn’t recommend her services enough!

Bev from the Wimbledon branch was amazing from start to finish, made me feel so welcome and relaxed, talked through the process and had the best head spa! This was my first time and definitely not my last time. Worth every penny. So glad I got to meet her and would definitely recommend her everytime. She was so gentle and cared for my wellbeing. Thank you so much again for the best two hours. ❤️

Incredible experience. Bev and Shi were amazing, Bev explained all the details about the analysis and made helpful suggestions on hair care. Shi was kind and gentle and we can’t wait to come back.

Bev was incredible!!! I had the nicest most relaxing experience ever. Hot tea, ice water, lovely chat and the foot scrub, head spa, face mask were all amazing. The flowers at the end were such a nice touch! It was so interesting and Bev was very knowledgeable

Had the loveliest experience this morning having the rose quartz treatment with Precious. It was so relaxing, and my scalp feels incredible. Precious was so knowledgeable, attentive and thorough and gave me some fab aftercare and follow up treatment recommendations for some hair loss I’m suffering from. I would definitely recommend the Head Spa and will absolutely be back again! Thank you x
