Honestly, I can't express how happy I am with my haircut. I have always avoided going to hair salons cos I never left one without feeling somewhat disappointed. It was never really how I wanted it, and the stylists I had before never really bothered to checking in with me throughout the whole process. William was the opposite. He checked with me frequently, asked if I was okay with the length, and assured me we could correct it later. It was the warmest and most comfortable visit I have ever had. I am beyond happy with my hair and will definitely come back from now on! Thank you William!

I had a haircut along with a hair colour at Kapil's. Had a great experience with Rehana! She gave me an amazing haircut and coloured my hair beautifully. She was so generous, really listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job. I am so happy with the result, the colour looks lovely and the haircut suits me perfectly. Rehana was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend her! Definitely visiting again.

I’d had the same barber for over 30 years, so after moving to London I wasn’t even sure how to explain what I wanted. Manu understood me perfectly, got the cut exactly right, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Friendly, professional, and highly recommended.

Excellent service-professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Kapil was great at recommending how to cover greys. Head massage and massage chair during wash was also really lovely.

I went to Kapil Salon today with my mum and we had such a lovely experience. The girls there are amazing they really pay attention to every little detail and make sure everything is perfect. They’re also super friendly and very respectful, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.My mum was especially impressed with her haircut, as she went for a short style and it turned out beautifully. You can tell they really know what they’re doing.I’d definitely recommend this salon and I’ll 100% be coming back looks like I’ve found my new regular place!

We came to this salon after our son’s haircut was unfortunately ruined at another place the day before, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The barber was incredibly professional, patient, and friendly. He carefully fixed the haircut and made it look exactly as it should. Our son felt comfortable throughout the appointment, and the final result was excellent. We are very grateful for the care, attention to detail, and high level of skill.
