First mani wasn't very good upon closer inspection. It was my first dip powder and I didn’t realize it wasn’t supposed to be that thick until I looked at my sisters who was done by another technician. It took forever drying because it was just so thick. They offered to redo so I can leave a happy customer. The second time was so much better and quicker and done by Yuki. I think overall the customer service was great but be sure to ask for the right technician as not all are equal.

Lona was absolutely fabulous! She’s friendly, so sweet and made my nails (dip powder) look gorgeous. The front desk ladies are lovely as well. So attentive! What a beautiful and clean establishment. I’ve found my new nail spot!! 💅🏻

Yuki was excellent. She was efficient, gentle, and detailed. My gel mani and pedi look amazing. She is even noticed that I accidentally rubbed my pant leg on my pedi and fixed it right away before I left. Highly recommend!

As always, Jasmine delivered her professional and helpful skills to my nail designs. I was undecided with season transitional colors and she was very impatience with my choices. I’m coming back to Mimi for a pedicure because of her in-grown expertise. She took her time explaining to me the my toes anatomy vs. the causes of my recent toe pain. I love the in-grown removal without pain done by Mimi. At last, I’ve found my mani and pedi go to persons in Pasadena.

Jasmine is so nice and diligent with her method of gel removal. My gel mani lasted over a month. Emily is super pleasant to talk to, and her polishing skill is undebatable. Salon is spotless clean without nail chemical smell. Maison is a hidden gem of Pasadena.

I always look forward to coming here because the Staff is always friendly. I wasn’t offered anything to drink but the lady next to me who was getting a gelx Mani was. Manicure felt rushed. I noticed that after the nail polish dried that tips of my nails are rough and theres a lot cuticle hanging on some fingers that the nail tech missed and she didn’t put any cuticle oil when she was done.

Great service + attentiveness to nails, especially my mani tech today when we realized the color I wanted was drying differently than was on the color wheel.
