Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

I had a wonderful facial experience! My skin felt cleansed, hydrated, and my acne was noticeably less inflamed afterward. On Thursday, February 20th, 2025, I had an amazing manual lymphatic massage for my belly and face. As I walked in, the ambience was very relaxing, setting the tone. Sam is such a skilled therapist I had massage from her once in Jan and had to come back again. I was suffering from migraine on the day due to heat and she done such a fabulous head massage. I have had many massages in london and abroad on holidays and must say I've never had one as good as this one. Thanks very much Sam.

This was my first facial, and I was in safe hands from start to finish. Zaynab made me feel comfortable throughout and explained each step, including the products she used and why they suited my skin. Her knowledge and professionalism put me at ease. The ambience was relaxing, and I left with my skin feeling smooth, soft, and glowing. She also recommended skincare suited to my skin and gave helpful advice on a skin concern.
