Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

I had a wonderful facial experience! My skin felt cleansed, hydrated, and my acne was noticeably less inflamed afterward. The treatment was relaxing, and Elle was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in London.

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

On Thursday, February 20th, 2025, I had an amazing manual lymphatic massage for my belly and face. As I walked in, the ambience was very relaxing, setting the tone. The professional and warm therapist made the experience unforgettable, with great follow-up aftercare ensuring a smooth recovery. Highly recommend!

I've been a client of Elouise's for a few months now, but this is the first time we did dermaplaning and microneedling!!! The treatments were amazing. Elouise really takes her time and goes above and beyond.. from the post-treatment cooling mask to the head massage, I always love being in her treatment room! I'm so excited to see the full results of the microneedling in a few weeks time.

Sam is such a skilled therapist I had massage from her once in Jan and had to come back again. I was suffering from migraine on the day due to heat and she done such a fabulous head massage. I have had many massages in london and abroad on holidays and must say I've never had one as good as this one. Thanks very much Sam.

This was my first facial, and I was in safe hands from start to finish. Zaynab made me feel comfortable throughout and explained each step, including the products she used and why they suited my skin. Her knowledge and professionalism put me at ease. The ambience was relaxing, and I left with my skin feeling smooth, soft, and glowing. She also recommended skincare suited to my skin and gave helpful advice on a skin concern. Overall, an amazing experience. I highly recommend Zaynab. She's the only person I trust with my skin!

Absolutely lovely! Kathleena made the whole process feel therapeutic. She was very attentive from the beginning- offered a consultation prior to the treatment. Deeply researched my skin concerns and advised better products. My skin felt ultra smooth and clear after the treatment, so many compliments. Definitely returning for my chemical peel next month!
