Absolutely fantastic! I booked a sports massage for after the GNR despite feeling nervous because I'd never had one before. Jack explained everything perfectly and sought out my opinion about where needed worked on. Never awkward and totally laid back. I feel so much looser - I'll definitely be back 🩷

It was great to get back to JL for a much needed Sports massage. I have been away a couple of months and neglected some muscle injuries. 60 minutes massage and I feel fantastic and will be back again very soon to make sure I keep on top of any injuries. Excellent service at a very fair price.

An exceptional service. Jack has a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology which makes his treatments so successful. He has greatly improved persistent injury in a very short period of time.
