I’ve been suffering with a fibro flare up and horrific insomnia, so when I met Courteney I was very much in fight or flight mode- she was incredibly patient with me, explained the benefits for my current situation, and proceeded to give me my most relaxed 90 minutes of the year so far. I left with a clearer head and some specific aftercare instructions, it’s been 24 hours and I am reaping the benefits - I managed to get four hours of sleep and I feel much less swollen. Most importantly, since my massage I’ve been able to relax for the first time this year. Will be back! Thank you so much!

Highly recommend Act2Recovery! I was struggling with persistent knee pain and aching legs from sitting for long hours at my office desk. After my sports massage treatment, I noticed a significant reduction in pain and stiffness, and my legs felt much lighter and more mobile. The treatment was professional, targeted, and tailored to my specific issues rather than being a generic massage. First of all Anna squeezed me in very short notice, to which Iam grateful as I was suffering a tension migraine. Anna is super welcoming and friendly and I felt at ease straight away. Her space is beautiful, clean and smells amazing. The massage was exactly what I needed, she worked out my tension spots and I felt so relaxed I could of fell asleep! I will definitely be a returning customer the whole experience was exactly the self care needed, thankyou so much x

Fantastic service. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly so I understood the issues I was experiencing. I went in for diagnosis of a shoulder injury. We did some initial movement to identify the issue followed by a massage of the area. Have come away knowing the potential reasons behind the injury and some exercise and stretches to help prevent. Great experience and will definitely be back.

Good physio, good knowledge and very considerate over existing musculoskeletal problems & niggles. Very quick to find solutions and also took time to send some recovery exercises & future prevention techniques via email, after the appointment. I would recommend Vishnu for sports recovery, rehab and/or general wellbeing. Five star 👍

I don't often leave reviews but had to make an exception this time! I had been suffering from pain in my neck and back for a long time, with minimal relief despite trying multiple measures and seeking help from my GP. I decided to try Act2recovery on the recommendation of a friend who had also benefitted from their expertise. Act2recovery was professional throughout, from the easy booking to the specialist assessments and the treatments they recommended. I was surprised at how effective it was. My pain is now almost completely gone. I will definitely be returning to them. Highly recommended!
