I visited for my first massage last week, I was after a deep tissue massage to relieve spasm in the muscles along my spine. The studio is lovely, clean and just had a cosy/relaxing feeling to it. Shay was great about understanding my main concern and really friendly. Most importantly my spine was immediately better and I have not experienced any pain or discomfort whilst at rest in my spine since. Best/most effective deep tissue massage I have ever had! I was so impressed, I returned less than a week later for a migraine trigger point massage! Highly recommend - thank you Shay x

I strongly recommend MUCH KNEADED MASSAGE. Shay is a awesome person, makes you feel comfortable within 2 min of conversation. Super professional, she know what she's doing.... I had only 1 previous experience of a deep tissue massage and it was horrible. But thanks to Shay's bubbly personality 45 mins went in a blink of an eye. Thanks Shay, I will definitely book again.

I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

Shay was amazing. Super friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I got a deep tissue massage done and she did an amazing job. I had a few knots in my mid to lower back and asked her to focus those areas. After the massage she told me it would feel a bit tender the next day and boy did I feel it! But after a day recover and plenty of water my back feels amazingly light and so much better. Highly recommend Shay. I will certainly be coming back.

Fantastic, incredibly thorough massage, asked for deep tissue and got deep tissue! Communicated well throughout to make sure I was ok. Got in to all the knots and felt amazing! Would highly recommend.

Today was my second visit for a deep tissue massage, and it was an incredible experience. All my questions were thoroughly answered, and the energy throughout the session was fantastic. If you’re looking for an exceptional massage, I highly recommend Much Kneaded. I’ll definitely be returning for a monthly treatment. Shay was great! this was my first visit and the deep tissue massage I received has certainly had a alleviating result to the pain in my shoulder and neck. although not 100% pain free I am sure its nothing a follow up visit wont put right. you can book with confidence.

Incredible deep tissue, I went in with a problem in my hip, Shay was able to locate it & loosen the muscle in my first session. She was so welcoming it felt like I’d be visiting for a while. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again & would recommend her to anyone.

Hands down the BEST massage I've ever had in my entire life!! (And I've had a lot of massages!). Nicky found knots I've had for years and really worked on them. I thought after all this time of having them, it wouldn't be possible to work them out (other masseuses have tried and failed!), but Nicky really got in there and made me feel so limber! I haven't felt this supple in years! I will 100% be back here as regularly as I can. The staff are so friendly and kind, and seem to know exactly what you need. I'm so happy to have found such an incredible massage place!
