Such an incredible and relaxing massage. A beautiful spacious and warm therapy room and I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Nicola is a lovely therapist and can say this is one of the best massages I've ever had.

I went to Becky for a dermabrasion facial followed by an hour long massage and left floating out of her salon. I have had a lot of massages and love to pamper myself but I have to say hands down the massage is the best I’ve ever had. Perfect pressure and firmness and really relaxing. I love that Becky acknowledges that this is an hour for you to enjoy so doesn’t talk (which sometimes I feel compelled that I have to) it really makes you switch off and relax. The scent of the oil is really lovely too. The salon is lovely and warm too. I would encourage anyone to go for a massage with Becky

I visited for my first massage last week, I was after a deep tissue massage to relieve spasm in the muscles along my spine. The studio is lovely, clean and just had a cosy/relaxing feeling to it. Shay was great about understanding my main concern and really friendly. Most importantly my spine was immediately better and I have not experienced any pain or discomfort whilst at rest in my spine since. Best/most effective deep tissue massage I have ever had! I was so impressed, I returned less than a week later for a migraine trigger point massage! Highly recommend - thank you Shay x

It was my first time visiting Thai Harmony and what a treat it was. I have many joint issues and I felt totally relaxed after my massage. Definitely will be returning.

Becky is so warm and welcoming and I can honestly say I have had two full body massages and both have been incredible. I enjoy a good massage and go to lots of spas and I can honestly say hers is right up there. So relaxing but with the right amount of pressure to undo knots and tension. I really like the fact she can ancient throughout and says it’s for you to truly relax and not feel like you have to make co variation. I felt that once I know that I can truly shutoff and enjoy the treatment. Really happy and the price is inline with what other salons would charge.

Review for Nicky – Thai Massage (by Karthik) I’ve had several Thai massages before, but this one with Nicky has truly been the best experience ever. My muscle tension in the neck and shoulders has improved dramatically, and even my ear ringing (tinnitus) has gotten about 90% better after a few sessions. Nicky has an incredible ability to identify and work on problem areas — she found all the knots around my spinal C1–C2 area and released them perfectly. Now everything feels smoother, my muscles are relaxed, and my overall energy feels restored.

I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! Massage was nothing short of amazing; the therapist skillfully relieved my tension and made me feel truly relaxed. I left feeling rejuvenated! A very relaxing massage in a warm and cosy environment. I was so relaxed I dozed off afterwards. I have incorporated the lava shell massage into my monthly routine as it’s so good for my physical and mental wellbeing. I highly recommend Becky’s treatments.

I had a lymphatic drainage massage for 1hr 30 and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Nicola was so kind, warm and welcoming and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I’ve since felt so much lighter in myself. I can’t thank you enough. I’ll definitely be back🩷
