Turns out what I really needed was a deep tissue massage and I will be coming back for one of those! The candle massage was relaxing and the therapist really looked after me and made me feel so much more relaxed and limber. 10/10

Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

Anna is amazing . My 3rd deep tissue / sports massage with her . She talked me through everything and explained really well about the muscles and how they work and what my problems could be . Felt energised when I left today . Actually felt years younger as more supple too . Pain is also decreasing that I have . Will be booking regularly with Anna going forward .

I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.

Fantastic massage. Yonathan listened to my requests and took time to understand my issues then tailored a massage that was both strong deep tissue work but with some relaxation techniques that really worked. Amazing deep tissue and sports massage—honestly one of the best I’ve had. Mangala really knows what he’s doing, finding all the right spots and working through tension with real precision, but without it ever feeling rushed. It struck the perfect balance between firm, targeted work and leaving me feeling properly relaxed and looser afterwards. Couldn’t recommend him enough, and I’ll definitely be booking in again in three weeks’ time!

I had an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was truly inviting, with a spa room setting that provided a serene and luxurious environment—far superior to typical therapy room settings. The lovely music and calming ambiance made the experience even more soothing. Massage was incredibly rejuvenating, and I haven’t had such a high-quality massage in a long time. Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.

I came for a 30-minute back and shoulder massage, and it was great! The room was lovely and clean, and the table was comfortable and padded. Elisabeth was very polite and asked where my aches and pains were before she started. The pressure was amazing, a great mix between deep tissue and relaxing. I've left feeling really satisfied and will definitely come again!

I have been going to this salon for a year and it’s wonderful. It is the same care that you can find in Brazil, everyone is polite, professional and friendly. They offer you drinks and pay attention to details! The nail art is perfectly done, the waxing is fast and smooth, the pedicure and manicure are very relaxing ! Best one I’ve been to in London yet !

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!
