Such a lovely experience. Chloe was very clear in explaining what she will do prior to the treatment and then during the treatment, she was very gentle and firm which I loved! I had my first laser removal session with J&H today and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable! They were both so informative and reassuring, I felt in really safe hands. The process itself was slightly uncomfortable but nothing near as bad as I thought it would be. I’d been in for a patch test previously where the laser removal process was explained thoroughly. Between appointments J&H have been available to answer any questions I’ve had. I know exactly what settings have been used for my treatment and why, as well as the appropriate aftercare. Looking forward to seeing the final results!

Such an an amazing brow lamination, shape and tint with Sulaina today - I've had many brow lams in the past and this is by far my favourite they've ever been done, the shape is perfect. So pleased with them. Experience was also lovely such a nice salon and had lovely chats with her. 10/10 experience and even though I don't live in the area I'll definitely make sure to get back for my next one!

This place was amazing! The time was taken to understand exactly what I wanted even though I wasn’t sure what that was, the eyelash therapist knew what would be good for my type of eyes and made my eyelashes look the best they’ve looked. Would 100% recommendation.
