My first visit and will definitely be coming back. Lin was excellent and knowledgeable, with the right amount of pressure to get the knots out. Stretching out my limbs and shoulders to aid flexibility was also very welcome. Very relaxed as well. Looking forward to my next visit.

Amazing experience. I've been to several sports massage therapist but never have I met someone who has so much knowledge about their craft. He doesn't just jump in- he ask all the right questions and assesses the situation before then working his magic! I'm glad I acted on the recommendation, & I will be back! I've also told people already the amazing job he done. I've been pain free and my shoulder is no longer restricted ( and I've kept up with the homework exercises he's advised). Worth every single penny paid!! Thank you again!

Racquel is always thorough and personalised with her approach, really takes her time to understand what's going on for you each session, and tailors everything for you. She takes her time to explain things, regularly checks in, and is always open to feedback. I've had a few sessions with her now and always feel miles better after each treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good sports reset.

Kel is amazing at what he does, he is a nice guy and is very knowledgeable and explains what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. He doesn’t rush and genuinely wants to help relieve symptoms. I have been going to Kel for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else again. Well worth the money.
