What a lovely massage! Managed to get a last minute booking as a treat as I needed something to help unwind after a long week of work and travel. The deep tissue massage was just the trick. Very relaxing and paid close attention to trouble spots. Very happy with the experience overall.

I had an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was truly inviting, with a spa room setting that provided a serene and luxurious environment—far superior to typical therapy room settings. The lovely music and calming ambiance made the experience even more soothing. Massage was incredibly rejuvenating, and I haven’t had such a high-quality massage in a long time. I had an incredible deep tissue massage at Adara. The space was beautifully designed, clean, and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension. What really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful the staff were, making sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and can’t wait to return. I have Deep tissue massage with Pat today. Honestly I feel very much better My body feels very stiff before. Now I can move my neck and my shoulders better. I’ve been here a number of times for different treatments including, facial, pregnancy massage and deep tissue massage (post-natal) and it’s been amazing every time. Definitely recommend Danugur for lovely atmosphere and fabulous treatments.

Always made to feel so welcome but I must say it was extremely hot inside. There was a couple of fans but these were so small and of little use to keep the clients & more the girls cool. Very disappointing that there is no air con in the salon. Also the flooring felt unsafe in some areas as it had lifted and I nearly caught my foot on a lifted floorboard. Was told that there had been a leak but this should have been addressed by now. A bit disappointing but the girls are always smiling & very professional , even if they are finding it hard to work in this heat. Well done girls

I had a deep tissue massage, and it was fantastic! The therapist targeted all my areas of tension with the right amount of pressure, leaving me feeling relaxed and significantly less stiff. Definitely recommend for anyone dealing with muscle soreness or looking to relieve stress.

Where do I begin. The environment, the professionalism, the results. Yasmin is incredibly knowledgeable takes good care and everytime offers an incredible treatment. I have had the Dermaplane/Microneedling facial and deep tissue massage and I came out brand new with incredible results in my skin and enhanced my performance when training after the release of muscles I didn’t even know where right haha! Highly recommend All Glown Up!

I have done Brazilian Jiujitsu as a hobby for 19+ years and during that time seen many professionals for deep tissue massage. With respect and appreciation to others, Pat is by a country mile the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. I can confidently say she is ELITE at her craft.

Pat has great know how and incredible skill in deep tissue massages to target deep into tissue. Doing so releases significant tension and has given me more mobility and range of movement in my joints that I haven’t had in years
