Absolutely amazing as always, had tight IT bands either side ,sorted, then much needed relax, just don't plan on doing anything more complex than tying your shocelaces afterwards, because you'll be completely zoned out !

Aar was really helpful with a muscle strain. Understood my aches and tried some flexion which eased a good bit of pain. Hes really knowledgable and has a lot of techniques for muscle relief

I have been treated by Magic Mike a few times now. Mike always makes me feel at ease and explains everything to me in detail. Word’s can’t describe how brilliant Yasien is. Analyses your body and focuses on what needs to be worked on and healed. I get the deep tissue massage and it has left me feeling 10/10 every time. Not only do you get great service, massages etc but you leave with knowledge on how to treat your body and how to look after yourself. Amazing experience as always! Many more to come! - couldn’t recommend enough.

Andrius was really friendly and welcoming. He is clearly very experienced, was able to identify my issues easily and recommend exercises to help. I was nervous to have a sports massage as I’ve seen online that they can look pretty aggressive but my massage with Andrius was enjoyable and my shoulder feels better after just one visit. I’ve already booked in for my next one in a couple of weeks time.
