I have just had my 1 hour DEEP tissue massage with Rokas and I highlight 'deep' because it was well and truly that. From the offset, I was asked what issues I have and tailored my appointment based on my needs. I have experienced massages from both Rokas and Andrius now and can equally say, both are fantastic at what they do and I am grateful for their skill and knowledge

Had an absolutely brilliant deep tissue massage with Amy today, really needed it too after my lower back became really uncomfortable over the last week or so. Amy listened to what I needed and really applied her knowledge to the issues not only in my lower back and hips but my shoulder and neck. She utilised her knowledge in anatomy and physiology and applied that Tommy individual needs and I can now get my trousers on without sound affects, move much easier than I have for the last ten days and am feeling the benefits of her knowledge and skills . I'm off to book another session! Thank you!

Liam was great, firstly he came to find me when i couldn't find the entrance to the clinic, but ( and more importantly) he really did an excellent job loosening my very tight lower back and thigh muscles. Bit tender the day after but I was able to enjoy my day out and about in Liverpool.

Third time at Ando Wellness and AS PER USUAL.. I have received the absolute BEST service. I had a deep tissue massage and we discussed the areas I have my issues. Awesome deep tissue massage that targeted all the right problem areas. Liam was thorough and professional making sure the massage was tailored to my needs. I’m a crossfit enthusiast so often have massages for rehab. I have struggled to find a good sports massagetherapist until now! Thanks Liam.

Absolutely amazing as always, had tight IT bands either side ,sorted, then much needed relax, just don't plan on doing anything more complex than tying your shocelaces afterwards, because you'll be completely zoned out !

I visited this fab little shop for acupuncture From the get go I knew I was in expert hands with Rachel. As someone who is trained in accupuncture I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Rachel has. The treatment was amazing and I floated out of the treatment room! Definitely a great addition to our little community I am definitely going back! Don't hesitate if you are on the fence about acupuncture, it is a painless treatment with so many benefits....get booked in with Rachel!

Fantastic as always, found and fixed a big knot in my shoulder, and then completely relaxed me, much needed when you're a major nightowl who works daytime hours so very sleep deprived.

Andrius was really friendly and welcoming. He is clearly very experienced, was able to identify my issues easily and recommend exercises to help. I was nervous to have a sports massage as I’ve seen online that they can look pretty aggressive but my massage with Andrius was enjoyable and my shoulder feels better after just one visit. I’ve already booked in for my next one in a couple of weeks time.
