Had a great session with Xenia. Really holistic approach to the massage, talked through where I felt needed focus and took time to check in during the session. She worked out areas of tension I didn't even realise I had without needing any heavy handedness. She's really intuitive in her approach, so the massage is very tailored to your body's needs. Never been so relaxed and felt so peaceful whilst also getting the tension release of a deep tissue massage.

Gillian is an absolute master of her craft. Her full-body massage is incredibly relaxing while working on knots and tension. I've just had my first massage with Xenia and it was unbelievable! She really took her time in the places that needed most attention, and got knots out my legs that I never even knew were there! I felt amazing afterwards, and even felt some relief in my chronic lower back pain. I 100% recommend and will definitely be booking another session!

The appointment started with a check in about my body and my wishes that immediately made me feel cared for and welcome. Throughout the massage there was good communication in general and specifically about my comfort and what was going to happen next. The massage itself was excellent, afterwards I felt relaxed, invigorated and significantly less tense. I would and will recommend.

I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and Gillian worker her magic with a deep tissue massage! What a difference it’s made, back again in 2 weeks for more of the same. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon. Highly recommend for any treatment at all!

I had a fantastic experience today at the salon. I had booked a massage but not sure which one would benefit me. Shabana asked me question and with her expertise offered me a hot stone massage. I was experiencing tightness in my shoulders, neck and back which was getting worse each day. I can honestly say that I left the salon feeling so much better and no longer felt as if I was carrying the world on my back. The experience was so nice, calming and would recommend Shabana and the salon to everyone. I am so looking forward to my next visit. Thank you

Menopause massage is a wonderful treatment. Just perfect in every way. This time it was Gillian who remembered I like to be toasty so electric blanket on then heated beanie round my neck and hot eye mask. Perfect pressure - relaxing but also therapeutic. Genuinely this treatment could not be improved ❤️

Liz gave me a deep tissue massage for my neck and shoulders. It was great, lots of pops and cracks as she worked through the knots. I definitely felt better afterwards and plan to return soon.

This was one of the best massages I had received, I absolutely loved it, so relaxing. The girls were just amazing, they fitted us both in and were extremely friendly, I definitely will be back. So happy

I have been working with Xenia for a few months now specifically on my calf muscles. I develop horrible knots in them and she does an incredible job relieving them. I also appreciate all of her advice in regard to stretching and exercises that I can do in between my appointments. The room is cozy, calm and quaint and feels like a world away from the bustling salon just on the other side of the wall. 10/10 recommended to my trans fam as well as far as being a safe space to get a massage.

Fantastic massage, I feel so calm and relaxed afterwards and I really feel cared for! The atmosphere is so lovely and calming, cannot recommend enough!

Lovely experience from the second I got into the room. Excellent massage and very knowledgeable I was having trouble sleeping and the night of I honestly slept like a baby and didn’t wake up in any pain. Will definitely be back
