Jolanta has extensive knowledge on skin, she does an in-depth consultation and tailor’s treatments exactly to what your skin requires. She is a beautiful soul and I look forward to our visit’s not only for the afterglow, but the chat too! I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

My first ever body massage! Natalie was so incredible, really taking the time to understand what I needed. I felt so relaxed I dozed off!
