Kerry gave me a 1 hour and 30 minute deep tissue sports massage, and I was really impressed. She explained the reasons for my pain and eased it by releasing trigger points. She also recommended I see an osteopath and was more helpful than any GP I’ve seen. I finally felt understood, not dismissed, and I slept so well after the massage. I highly recommend her. She helped me understand the connection between my overall body pain and my diagnoses, including endometriosis, hypermobility, scoliosis, and a slipped disc.

First time going to Ains Beauty and I’ll definitely be going back. I saw this salon advertised on instagram and the hydra facial looked impressive compared to ones I’d had before, I decided to give them a go and booked in for a hydra facial with Naila. Naila was lovely and spent time going through my skincare routine and advised on a more suitable facial for my skin type. I took Nailas advice and I’m so pleased I did, my skin feels and looks amazing, my skin was very dehydrated and dull and now it’s glowing. I highly recommend Naila and I’ll definitely be going back.😊

I had a lymphatic drainage and cupping massage today, and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. I’ve tried many places before, but nothing has come close to this experience.She really knows what she’s doing. Her knowledge, technique, and attention to detail were outstanding, and I could tell I was in very experienced hands from start to finish. initially i struggled to find the correct building, but the overall experience was unreal. I didn’t do much research and didn’t know what to expect but Oksana was lovely and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing the treatment. Easily the best Sports Massage I have had in 20 years. I was able to discuss accumulated injuries and problems from 45 years of football and running and Kerry was able to suggest and plan appropriate treatment. Highly recommended.
