First time going to Ains Beauty and I’ll definitely be going back. I saw this salon advertised on instagram and the hydra facial looked impressive compared to ones I’d had before, I decided to give them a go and booked in for a hydra facial with Naila. Naila was lovely and spent time going through my skincare routine and advised on a more suitable facial for my skin type. I took Nailas advice and I’m so pleased I did, my skin feels and looks amazing, my skin was very dehydrated and dull and now it’s glowing. I highly recommend Naila and I’ll definitely be going back.😊

I decided to go with the silver package head spa, which included an arm and hand massage. The treatment was lovely and very relaxing. Jemma was really nice, the room was comfortable and easy to find. Would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing head spa and facial service from Jemma! The environment was relaxing and friendly from the get go, and Jemma is just as lovely as she is skilled. I tend to hold alot of tension in my jaw, and the difference after the treatment feels incredible. Will definitely be back, thank you!

I had the most amazing and deeply relaxing Japanese head spa and facial treatments with Jemma. She is genuinely lovely, welcoming, and puts you at ease straight away. The treatment itself was incredible, it released tension in my shoulders and neck, and I felt lighter and looser afterwards. I even slept better that evening. My hair felt so clean and fresh too. Overall, it was pure bliss from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Jemma to anyone looking for real relaxation and relief.

Fantastic. Such a relaxing experience. Jemma was very friendly and easy to get on with and the treatment was so relaxing. My scalp felt so clean and fresh after and my hair was super soft and silky for days with a gorgeous smell. Would highly recommend.
