Holy!! The deep tissue massage I had amazing effects on my physical body, but made me feel zen afterwards. I had to drive to the downtown core after my massage and I couldn’t believe how relaxed I was when I’d normally be anxious. This was amazing! I will be back. :)

the massage itself was great! i immediately promised my masseuse, Linda, that i would leave her a positive review, and I meant it! my only issue was with the cashier. not sure what her name is but after i paid, she immediately asked about a tip which i think ruined the experience for me a bit. customers shouldn’t be pressured to tip. your employees are there to work and that’s what they get paid for. a tip is for customers who feel their service was above and beyond. though i didn’t tip a lot, i did tip, which only made her comment worse. it puts you on the spot and is quite uncomfy.

I had an amazing experience at In the Cloud Spa on Dufferin! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I booked a VIP special for my wife’s birthday, which included a table shower and deep tissue massage, but we opted for just the massage due to weather. The therapist was skilled and tailored the massage to my needs. As a big guy, I was impressed by the pressure. I left feeling completely relaxed. I highly recommend In the Cloud Spa for a top-notch, relaxing experience.
