Not only did I leave with a relaxed body, but I also learned helpful breathing techniques that I can take with me throughout my pregnancy. I truly appreciated the care and thoughtfulness he brought to the session. Highly recommend!

I love this place.It is the best invention ever.The salt cave it's so amazing.I need one that suffers with any kind of sinus problems or headaches or congestion.Oh, this is the place for you.The people there are so friendly and so caring... You are treated like family and home while you're there.One day, I will get to the other things that they offer.But when I think about the niagara salt cave, I think about the salt cave... It is for sure a must if you're in the niagara falls.Area or hamilton area as they have a location there too

Very relaxed and calming environment in the salt cave. I also had a facial which was absolutely 👏 amazing with an additional add on of the hair and scalp oil massage. Just pure bliss! I will definitely be going back.
