Not only did I leave with a relaxed body, but I also learned helpful breathing techniques that I can take with me throughout my pregnancy. Very relaxed and calming environment in the salt cave. I also had a facial which was absolutely 👏 amazing with an additional add on of the hair and scalp oil massage. Just pure bliss! I will definitely be going back.

Salt caves are the perfect place to unwind. The atmosphere was wonderfully calming as we waited for our massage—a great space to relax before our session. I needed a deep tissue massage, and Brent did an incredible job working out my tense muscles. I’ll definitely be back!

We visit every time we come to the Falls, usually twice a year. I went this morning for a cave session and a massage and I’m already thinking about next visit. 10/10

Wow, what a beautiful afternoon that is the first salt Himalayan salt K that I’ve ever been to and I am very, very impressed right from the floating Himalayan salt to the salt cave to the one hour massage with the RMT it was amazing. I would definitely be going back there. Everybody was so friendly. It was. There’s no complaints. Just wish they had conditioner for my hair after all that salt
