First time ever I decided to go go Hajamma. My brother in law recommended Bilal at Therapy Clinic Ilford. Bilal administered Hajamma. I found Bilal very knowledgeable in his field of physiotharapy. He was very kind and attentive. I commend Bilal highly. Will definitely visit in a months time.

I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. She helped me to relieve old muscle knots and drain fluids in my body through a mix of trauma release massages and lymphatic drainages. I went for a 'Relaxation massage' at Holistic Rising yesterday. In terms of the booking process - it was quick and easy, and they offered lots of different time slots. The price was also reasonable, in my opinion - £60 for 60 minutes. The massage and my masseuse, Sharon, were brilliant. She personalised my experience by asking what oil I wanted, if I wanted music or not, what pressure I wanted, and if there were any focus areas. The reason why I haven't given this experience a 5 star rating is because there was quite a lot of chatter outside the room - which made me feel less relaxed.

Very professional and friendly service. It was my first time doing hijama (cupping) and I felt at ease by their level of service and knowledge. I opted also for sports massage and it was also excellent. The clinic is very hygienic and organised. I highly recommend this clinic!

The reason for my 5 star rating is. I came in with terrible neck pain and back pain . I took Full Body Posture Adjustment & Wet Cupping Honestly i woke up day after like a brand new man .My pain reduced by 90% Alhamduliah I like how they treat clients by calling them day after the treatment to check how they doing to advise them to keep up with the exercise and do healthy choices in life Once again thank you Bilal may god bless 🤲🏽

This lovely business is tucked away inside Target Fit, on Wanstead High Street. I had a lymphatic drainage massage, delivered by Diego. He was very professional courteous. Would definitely recommend, ps they also do sports injury massages.

Diego's massage therapy and stretching session exceeded all expectations, leaving me with an unparalleled sense of well-being. From the moment I entered, his professional demeanor and welcoming environment set the stage for an extraordinary experience. Diego's expertise was immediately evident as he tailored the session to address my specific needs. His knowledge of anatomy and keen understanding of the body's mechanics ensured a targeted and effective treatment.

Maria, was great, I had a 1.5 treatment very much needed. Her assessment skills were brillant t in informing me what was causing me so such pain in my shoulder . I had cupping on my arms for the first time, it really worked n relieving some tension . I would fully recommend Maria.. whilst I knew some of my treatment would hurt, how I feel now was so worth working through it. Big thanks Maria

Where to begin?!! Diego is amazing. Super skilled and professional. I got the 2 hour reset and he addressed all of the problems I have been experiencing for the last few years. I’ve seen a lot of different practitioners and he was the only one who really listened and applied the various techniques needed to address my issues. Super grateful and highly recommend.

I highly recommend Brother Ramiz. He was not only polite but also very professional. He understood the conditions I was going through and assured me that the treatment would ease my discomfort, which it did. I received Hijama therapy and body alignment, and both treatments were great. Brother Ramiz was very patient and kind, taking his time to explain the cupping process. I was quite nervous, but Brother Ramiz put me at ease throughout. I felt wonderful after the procedure. I highly recommend this to anyone who is suffering from pain, as I have found his treatment to be very effective.
