Went in not with very little knowledge about my aches and pains, straight away Miles noticed things I didn’t realise and explained it to me. He is highly knowledgable and relates everything and explains it all, I highly recommend him to anyone, even if you don’t feel like you need it!

Miles was approachable, knowledgable and welcoming to the appointment. Even though it was extremely warm he accommodated the room perfectly. I felt completely relaxed with a lot less tensions after my massage and cupping. He knew I was a little anxious about the cupping but took things really slowly. I have also received follow up advice and stretches which I will be using until my next appointment. Thanks Miles!

I had an incredible massage experience today and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfectly set up to help me relax. Miles is such a kind and compassionate person who really takes the time to understand your concerns and puts you at ease. He was super supportive when I didn’t enjoy my legs being massaged and really helped relieve tension. He is very knowledgeable with how to manage injuries/issues and I would 100% recommend! Excellent music choices too!
