Wonderful therapy as always today. Had an adaption to my usual routine with a facial massage at the end using Gua Sha. Never been a fan of facials or massage in that area as they’ve all been a bit meh, but this has converted me. Completely different to anything before and I’m definitely glad I’ve booked in for a full facial soon. Cupping and massage as alway was excellent, just don’t know how I’m going to survive 23 days until my next 😭

I have just had Colombian wood therapy with Alice. What an amazing treatment. The perfect mix of relaxation and massage with using wooden tools to manage tension and drain the lymphatic system. I think this is my new favourite. I left feeling relaxed and invigorated at the same time

Cathy is by far the best masseuse I have ever had. I suffer with tense muscles, knots and pains from fibromyalgia and Cathy is able to adapt her massage pressure perfectly to areas that are more painful for me to firmer where the knots hide. Cupping has been a game changer for me and I can’t recommend enough! Thank you so much Cathy!

I have had two massages at the holistic hub and they have both been fantastic! Getting my very knotty shoulders in check and giving me an hour to relax. The hot stones are hot and the cupping really gets into those tight muscles. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Friendly professional and very skilled at what they do. I will be back.

Lovely hidden gem, had an amazing massage from Megan. My first cupping treatment experience and it was surprisingly pleasant! Amazing 😍 I tried cupping for the first time and Cathy was lovely at explaining it and asking if I was nervous about anything, as I'd previously mentioned I can get quite anxious about things, especially when they're new. Cathy talked me through it and checked I was okay after a couple of cups were placed. I will definitely be booking cupping again 😍

Cathy, was very friendly and welcoming and did an amazing bespoke massage using hot stones, deep tissue and cupping. Worked on my aches and pains round my shoulders and still made the rest of the treatment relaxing was nice and toasty. Hate being cold when having a massage and have re booked!

I’ve been going to Cathy for a few years now and she is absolutely amazing! I’ve suffered with shoulder/neck pain for most of my adult life and seen lots of different professionals but Cathy’s massages and cupping really make a difference. She is calming and just so easy to talk too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My first appointment with Alice and she has worked wonders on my frozen shoulder. I've got some lovely bruises from cupping and I'm feeling chilled and zen after spending an hour in her company!
