As usual Simply Brillant...honestly the staff are amazing, warm and welcoming, and be it hair or beauty the attention to detail is second to none...if you have not tried this salon you have got to give it a go! Having been unhappy with my nails for a long time by another salon I looked at Brooke’s Insta and took the plunge to get a new nail tech. I’m extremely fussy but happy to say Brooke has done an AMAZING job. The shape; the colour everything perfect! Even down to the coffee and biscuits. I felt Brooke was confident with achieving what I asked from the inspo pic as it looks identical. I’m so happy to have a nail tech who has extensive skill to achieve those Insta worthy nail. Thanks Brooke; see you in a few weeks for infills!! 🥰

After a bad experience/cut at a different hair salon the previous day, I came here for a hair fix today and was not disappointed, The ladies were all very supportive both on the phone and in person when I arrived today they made me feel less anxious about having my hair cut than I have felt in many years. (the cup of Tea I had was also perfect!) A huge Thank you to Ann Marie who did a fantastic job with my hair I'm very grateful. I will definitely be going back again as they are all very good at what they do & generally a lovely bunch of people :)

Amazing service , friendly , chatty , and a great beautician . Had a facial wax for first time and was great . I usually have my nose was but this time I wanted to try beard waxing and wasn't bad at all . Thinking to keep doing all the time from now on ..

Great new addition to the Salon, I had a Indian Head Massage and a Back, Neck and Shoulder massage. Both were excellent and Alice is very friendly and lovely, highly recommended

Victoria is such a talented and creative person. Every time she does my nails it looks and feels luxurious. Her attention to cleanliness and safety is also remarkable. Highly recommended!
