I had my first electrolysis session today and it went far better than expected. I was nervous beforehand, but the experience was calm, professional, and surprisingly comfortable. I used Emla numbing cream and I’m so glad I did - I barely felt the needle in most areas, and even the spots I missed were manageable. The environment was soothing and I felt completely at ease throughout. If you’re considering electrolysis but feeling unsure, I’d absolutely recommend this place. Great first experience. I left feeling calm, confident, and cared for.

Another lovely visit to my fave London clinic, this time to have my first ever skin peel. It was a lovely treatment, no discomfort whatsoever. Dr Katharine explained everything that she was doing along the way and I left feeling like I had a relaxing Facial! After just one treatment (and immediately after!) my skin feels smooth and clean, looks soo much brighter and my pores minimised! #glowing thank you!!!!

had my first ever colonic hydrotherapy session with Susanna, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was really nervous going in, but she was so, so kind and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. Extremely Great service ( both in terms of massage itself and customer service). I turned up late due to London traffic causing delays, however the massage therapist was very accomodating giving the circumstance. Furthermore, the massage itself was wonderfully firm but did not leave me in excruciating pain afterwards. The therapist took time to ask about any pre existing condition in order to cater directly to my needs. Which paid dividends as I got exactly what my body needed. Now Looking forward to going home, taking the rest of the day of and enjoying a Netflix series.

I had requested Polly in the app so I was a bit dissatisfied to travel an hour across london for someone else with no explanation. I had such a lovely facial from Sadie so it’s totally fine, but I feel a bit annoyed to then realise she has her own salon at much cheaper prices somewhere else. Just not really what I waited all this time for! I had a lovely facial but probably wont come back to be honest.

Simply the best clinic in London. They even opened an hour early for my mum and I, which was so kind. Service like this is rare in the city! Do not hesitate to book here ASAP!
