Excellent. Waiyee gave me a first class massage, clearing knots in shoulders, back & legs. She then offered me the chance to try out the inflatable compression socks…a great experience, which I would like to build into my recovery program.

Had the most amazing massage today. Brilliant service, so accommodating, and came out feeling like a new person. I’ve been struggling with leg pain and shoulder pain for years, the masseuse knew exactly what she was doing, what areas needed looking at, what pressures etc. will be getting a membership! X

✨ Just had the most gorgeous massage at the Wellness Lounge! After a tough week, this was exactly what I needed. Everything felt so professional, and as someone who usually feels quite anxious, I really appreciated the care they put in. The forms beforehand gave me space to share my previous injuries and any anxieties I had , and Paul took the time to go through everything with me and explain how the lymphatic massage works. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely looked after. I’ll definitely be visiting again and would recommend it to anyone! 💆‍♀️💫

Just had a great sports massage with Waiyee. She clearly knows her stuff—both as a runner herself and from her experience working with runners and other athletes. She quickly identified areas that needed attention and gave specific, practical advice on some niggles and potential issues. Friendly, professional, and easy to chat to throughout. Highly recommended if you're looking for someone who really understands the demands of running and sport.

Such a relaxing way to end the week and ease the tension we carry around. Waiyee is always a delight! She is such a professional, so knowledgeable and tackles your individual needs with such care and precision. Most of the time I don’t even know what I need doing, but thankfully she knows just the right spots. Really enjoyed the massage today, which was nicely followed by contrast therapy and it was such a treat! Grateful for all the team’s care and attentiveness.
