Outstanding, the lady was a professional, highly experienced and on top of that very affable. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Yılmaz is hands down the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to. He really listens to what you want and somehow makes it look even better than you imagined. His attention to detail is incredible, and he takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and you leave not just with great hair, but also in a better mood. If you’re looking for someone who’s skilled, kind, and genuinely cares about his work, I can’t recommend Yılmaz enough.

First time at the salon, second time with the stylist. He is fantastic really understands my hair and again was able to translate what we discussed into the final result. Lovely to chat to as a bonus! Salon is lovely, clean and welcoming.

Outstanding treatments and service, I cannot praise this place enough. The 1-hour lymphatic drainage session visibly transformed my body in just one visit. The practitioner was very kind, professional, and genuinely engaged, also giving me valuable advice afterwards. A personal approach where you are not just a number. The receptionist was also very kind. I’ve been to similar salons all over the world, but here the treatment and service are truly above top level.

Cecilia was amazing, one of the best relaxing massages I have had

I had the Morrocan Hamam package which included hamam, deep tissue massage, and use of the facilities - sauna, steam room and plunge pool. The care and attention of the masseuse / therapist was First Class! Nothing was rushed and I geniunely felt renewed and totally relaxed at the end. All members of staff were very welcoming and friendly; keeping me refreshed and hydrated (fruit & green tea). I highly recommend the centre (~8 months new) and services - assuming you can afford this level of luxury and the "Park Lane" experience (definitely worth it!).
