I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I sent my mother for their luxury spa package and she says it was absolutely blissful, each and every staff member encountered was kind, accommodating and seemed dedicated to ensuring total relaxation. I am in Cape Town for a short while and I walked into Jem inquiring about lashes. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who called the lash tech to talk to me. She sounded very knowledgeable so I made an appointment. I had my old ones removed and a new set done. I am very happy with my new lashes. They look beautiful and I would definately recommend Shimene.
