I had such an amazing experience! Rhea is incredibly professional, highly skilled, and truly excellent at what she does. Not only that, but she’s also a beautiful person inside and out, which makes the whole experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. The results are absolutely fantastic , I couldn’t be happier! 10/10 experience. The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.
