A few days walking around London had left me quite sore and a massage was in order. I'm a massage snob of the highest order, and finding a good massage, with ready availability is a tough ask. Balance fit the bill, with online booking and availability that day! Once there, Alex, a capable and caring woman originally from Portugal greeted me with a glass of water. The rooms were nicely appointed, with adjustable table and heated pad. Alex gave an absolutely solid, deep-tissue massage, which was exactly what I needed. If I lived local, I'd be a regular of hers.

Since my 15+ year massage therapist left London, I’ve been searching for a new one. After 4 visits to Balance , I’m really impressed. This visit, I needed urgent treatment and was booked with Ola. It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I arrived full of tension and knots after being unwell and spending days in bed. Ola asked all the right questions, checked in throughout, and worked expertly with firm pressure -especially on my neck. I left feeling completely renewed, with amazing mobility and movement. I walked in with one body and left with another. I’ll definitely be back.

Angie is an absolute dream with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to your nails. Whether it is BIAB, Gel, Tips or Toes I always feel like l am in safe hands. I would also like to shout out Nikesha and her amazing french manicures & bubbly personality that undoubtably make you feel at home. Still London itself has an amazing atmosphere (always a great playlist) with a wonderful selection of treatments. Would definitely recommend! Olivia x
