I went for a checkup on a piercing I had done here a while ago. The experience was great as it always is. A comfortable environment is always ensured. I received informative, helpful advice and tips. I had such a good experience today getting my lower lip and nose pierced at the same time. I got a full consultation around what would look good aesthetically, and even very thorough advice on potential future piercings I’m considering. Highly professional experience. Calming as the process was explained clearly, completed in a calm meticulous manner. Piercing was well cleaned afterwards, with clear aftercare instructions given.

I only came in to this lovely little shop to wait with my friend as she got a new piercing, but after seeing how lovely and invested Damiano was, I ended up getting my first ever piercings too (having never been interested in getting my ears pierced). It was such a great experience from start to finish, Damiano was so friendly and clearly loves what he does. He is very professional and I felt 100% confident. The jewellery he sells is beautiful and wonderful quality. So glad I walked in!

I tried to change my helix piercing at home, really struggled, and in the end got my husband to do it - but it was back to front! And it hurt! Made an appointment here, and my hoop was put back in the right way, painlessly and super quickly. I'm so glad I got it done professionally by someone who knew what to do! And he was super friendly too!
