My shoulder and neck massage was tailored to my needs and advise given on how to maintain good posture to reduce stiffness. I felt as though the therapist was interested in my health and well being.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The whole spa was spotless, relaxing and felt so luxurious the second I walked in. I had the infrared sauna, steam room, Turkish foam massage on the hammam bed and finished with a full body massage… honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The staff were so welcoming and attentive and I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Definitely one of my favourite places I’ve visited in Liverpool and I’ll 100% be returning 🤍 Donna James

Went to the chemist aesthetics Liverpool today for a Japanese head spa and had the lovely Alexsia she made me feel at ease straight away. And throughout the process explained what she was doing it was absolutely amazing!! I've came out and my hair and skin feel unreal! I cannot wait to get back in for more treatments thank you so much xx

Lauren is a fantastic beauty technician. I had a shellac appointment with her. My nails are perfect due to her attention to detail, which is impeccable. At a previous appt she shaped and tinted my eyebrows, beauitifully, then completed a very relaxing 30min back massage. I would recommend Lauren to everyone as she will personalise your appointment to complete whatever you need.

My experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hot stone massage was amazing I suffer from a lot of pain in my legs and arms and this was so relaxing just what I needed x

Had a lovely time at Therapy Hut, always such a relaxing experience. Thought I'd try something new and had the cupping treatment, provided by Sam, the newest member of the team who was very chatty and knowledgeable, she made me feel completely at ease. I enjoyed the treatment, I think I'm going to be coming a lot more in future, as I want to exercise more and heal my legs! See you soon
